When was the last time that you changed your furnace filter? Air conditioning requires a good and unobstructed air flow to work efficiently and effectively. It is likely a good idea to check your filter today!

Looking at the forecast it seems that spring may finally be here! Now is a good time to have a look around the exterior of your home to see how it weathered the winter. One item to look at is the seals on your windows and doors. If the seals have cracked like in the picture above it is time repair this to prevent moisture from entering into your home.
