Another favorite recipe with garlic is.... Garlic Roasted Baby Potato's with Thyme Slice baby potatoes into chunks - place in mixing bowl... Peel and slice garlic cloves - drop in with chunked potatoes Drizzle with olive oil and add thyme - fesh or dried Stir until well coated Roast in oven in covered casserol dish, or wrap in foil and place on the bar-b-que. Enjoy!!

Peppers - yellow, red or orange, cored with seeds removed and cut into chunks Garlic cloves - lots, peeled and sliced Olive oil - enough to coat the yams, peppers and garlic Fresh ground peppercorns and sea salt to taste. Roast in the oven, in the barb-b-que or over the fire until yams are soft. Yummmmy

The Little Stinkers were busy yesterday in the chilly blustering wind. Wind gusts were recorded at upwards of 140 km/hr near the garden plot at Burmis, AB. Yikes! The Little Stinkers, their Mom, Dad and a few friends hand seeded about 1200 cloves for next seasons garlic! The cloves are now nestled in for the winter, and hopefully all sprout in the sping!
