Hi Everyone ! I figured I’d do one of those introduction posts since y’all don’t really know much about the gal behind the lens. My names Melissa, but you can call me Mel. You can usually find me knee deep in the water , a meadow , deep in the forest or in a wetland somewhere with my camera in hand.... My passion is to conserve , preserve and to restore our natural world. For the past 3 years I’ve studied and graduated as a Fish and Wildlife Technologist at Fleming College , and I am now working on my BSc Hons in Conservation Biology , in hopes in owning my very own wildlife rehabilitation centre one day. It saddens me almost every day to see the way humans disrespect and feel entitled to nature and wildlife. I hope that with my pictures and future blog posts , I can help educate and get people passionate about wanting to preserve our natural world as well.
