WAVE is seeing a swell of action as the building starts to take shape above ground. The Rize construction team started the formwork last month to shape the bend and curve feature that is the defining characteristic of the tower (our favourite architectural detail.) Construction on Wave is going strong on this bright and sunny autumn day in Central Surrey! Our team has been hard at work placing part of the slab on grade, and working on some of the first suspended slab sections. Take a peek here, or better yet check out our Presentation Centre at 10375 133rd Street, is open 12-5 every day except Friday.

Give a WAVE to our crane next time you're in Central City! We poured the base last week, and the crane is now officially erect. Construction is right on schedule for the first phase of Wave. The bulk excavation is also finished, and foundations are halfway complete.
