. Road trip results Just a little excited about some new inventory I picked up yesterday. That cherry is going to become a beautiful river table. I'll need to cast it to preserve it. And the black walnut is kind of freaking me out because that bark inclusion looks almost identical to my dragon face table. ... Concluded that that is where a limb was at one time and the pattern of bark inclusion is common. Any thoughts in that? See more

. Working on this entryway accent bench made with a gorgeous black walnut slab. I think it would look pretty cool at the end if a bed as well. Repurposing another metal base that was destined for the dumpster. This gem will be up for sale in my website soon.

. Yesterday was an amazing day at the farm where I mill and store my reclaimed lumber. For one thing the weather was outstanding. This time of year in Ontario is so beautiful. I am always sad to see summer end but this makes up for it. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone

. The amazing thing about working with epoxy is that there are no limits, only the imagination of the maker. In the learning stage it is all trial and error. This piece was my very first pour. It has several layers of colour and I must say I sort of nailed it with my vision. What do you think?
