We are excited to introduce a new face to our clinic as well as some familiar ones! We would like to welcome our new Massage Therapist Katie Thompson. Katie went to Academy Canada in St. Johns, NL and is excited to start this new career. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her new puppy, Luna. Happy Physiotherapy assistant day to our support staff!!

May is National Physiotherapy Month. Although it can be difficult to promote and practice our profession during the COVID-19 pandemic we are hopeful we will be able to offer physiotherapy services in the near future once the next level of goverment restrictions have been lifted after June 8. Within the next few weeks we will begin preparing to re-open in anticipation of returning to a new normal. If you do not have an upcoming appointment and would like to be scheduled feel free to contact us here, by email or call and leave message and we will get back to you in due time. To our valued clientele, please be advised that our clinic is doing our best to maintain safe work practices at this time. Effective immediately all clients will be seen on an individual basis. We are doing our best to keep the waiting room empty. All physio clients have been contacted and instructed on how this will work. All clinic based occupational rehab will be suspended for a 2 week period and reassessed.... Occupational services will continue on a individual basis and have been contacted as well. There will be NO thorough fare in our lobby. We ask that family members dropping people off for appointments remain in their vehicle. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, please do not enter the building. We will not be seeing clients with flu-like symptoms, have travelled out of the province, or who live with family members that have travelled out of the province. Attention Live Fit Physio Patients, On behalf of our Registered Massage Therapists Megan Jones & Miranda Burden we would like to notify all clients that for the time being we have suspended treatments upon recommendation of the health minister and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland & Labrador. This decision wasnt made lightly and as soon as there are further details you will all be made aware. For now we will be canceling all appointments for the next two we...eks and the following weeks to come will be decided upon based on details provided to us. We will keep you updated on a week to week basis and hope to be returning to treatment sooner then later. Stay safe everyone and practice social distancing! Covid-19 and Live Fit Please be advised, at this time we remain committed to continuance of services for all our clients. However, in lieu of Covid-19 we ask that our clients respectfully follow health canada guidelines and isolate for the recommended 2 week period if you have travelled out of province.... Also, if anyone has flu-like symptoms we ask for the protection of our staff and our vulnerable clientele that you do NOT come into our facility. If you do show up to our facility in this manner, you will be rescheduled and sent home and asked to call 811 for further instruction.
