2018 is just around the corner and before we know it... we’ll be trying to lose the Holiday weight gain . Why not start planning for an amazing, healthy and successful 2018 NOW! Here are 10 Ways to Kickstart 2018! 1. Unleash your inner athlete. Plan your training sessions, see food as fuel and take recovery seriously. 2. Schedule exercise during shhhh hours. (Try before work or late evening.) 3. Create a mental why I exercise list to keep you motivated: longevity, better... sleep, better skin, better sex, more energy, more tone, less fat, less lethargy and a great metabolism... not to mention a great butt 4. Fit Bank - Put $2 in a jar every time you workout or make a positive food choice when out with friends. Treat yourself with the $ when you hit a milestone. 5. Buy a new workout outfit! Look good, feel good is what I always say! 6. Keep a record of your exercise in a notebook to keep track of your goals and improvements and schedule in rest days. 7. Ditch the scales. Instead, stick to your favourite pair of skinny jeans if they still fit, happy days. 8. Focus on fitness not fatloss. Track your improvements in push-ups, running speed, sit ups and planks. 9. Invest in a coach. Maybe this is your best buddy who will exercise with you and keep you honest, or a trainer you split costs with between three friends, or a Yoga teacher. Find a coach, join a club or community that is into your sport or fitness regime to keep your motivation humming. 10. Even when you absolutely don’t want to work out... commit to just 15 minutes and get a quick one in.
