Dear our highly valued clients and community members. We at Luxia just want to remind everyone of our safety protocols and provide you an update. We take the safety of our staff, clients and community members very serious at Luxia. Please read the following.... ALL visitors MUST wear a proper mask and have it in place prior to entering our establishment. Masks must cover nose and mouth. No Mask, no service. All visitors will have a contactless temp check at the door and be asked to please use our hand sanitizer. We have a zero tolerance policy for any visitors who do not wish to comply with out safety protocols. ALL staff are required to do temp checks at the door before their shift, during their shift and at the end of their shift. ALL staff will use hand sanitizer and or wash their hands upon arrival for their shift and will as always wash and sanitize before and after each client and any activity that requires sanitation. ALL staff are required to wear masks. We continue to safley limit the number of individuals (max 10) in our establishment , wipe down all high traffic areas multiple times per day, sanitize all stations and equipment after each client and maintain the recommended 2 meters apart whenever possible. ALL our service stations are a minimum of 2 meters apart. We continue to offer no mask services which require ALL clients to sign a higher risk service waiver. Clients booking for no mask services are still required to arrive with a proper mask on in place prior to entry and will be instructed as to when they may remove it. We will be asking pre screening questions to ALL bookingings. We thank you for reading our updated protocols and for your support during these times.
