LiveOff Travels the World . Here we have the oldest and gigantic cactus in all of Cuba . I can’t even get the full cactus tree in the picture! They say it is over thousands of years old! A really cool stop in our adventures of Cuba !

Okay! So here’s what we can do! Since we are in quarantine. We can do online coaching! What that would entail is me sending a link to you through zoom video conferencing, once the link is opened by you, you are now on video calling with me. Please put your phone/computer/anything else you’re using for the camera to see the area (which can be any open space in your home) that you are using to do training. I will provide you with a workout through online coaching (ex; do pus...h-ups for 15 reps of 3 sets. You complete that and the next exercises are given). How does that sound to you? The price will be $40/hr per person. If a couple it’ll be $65/hr. If you are interested, let me know when you want to book and we will get started as soon as possible! this virus isn’t going to stop us from successfully getting our goals!
