The 4th annual Tache Christmas Hamper Wellness Fundraiser hosted by Live One Life Coaching will take place Saturday, Dec 19th 10-12pm This years theme is an interactive CoEd and All Ages Wellness Workshop hosted Virtually on Zoom. There will be 2 prize baskets revolving around self-care and wellness items generally donated by our local businesses. We will visit how we can prioritize our Physical Health and ensure that our Emotional Wellness remains strong in these times of uncontrolled change We will begin with an Introductory Energizing & Uplifting Yoga Flow practice and will end the event with a gentle Grounding and Peaceful practice of Recovery and Restorative Yoga Tickets are $20 and include one ballot to enter into the Prize baskets of your choice. Incredibly honoured be able to facilitate a digital Wellness & Yoga Workshop for our teachers at the Seine River School Division in St Anne ~ Care givers can often put their own Physical Health and Emotional Wellness aside to maintain their commitment to others and need to remember to do for themselves what they would selfishly do for others ~... Our Teachers are putting so much of themselves into their careers with supporting our children, especially during this past year!
