Registered Dietitian Topic: Emotional Eating & Get back on track for September! She has operated her private practice for the past 18 years and brings with her over 24 years of experience from in-patient and out-patient hospital settings and private practice. Filomena provides one-on-one as well as group nutrition education programs to adults, children, and seniors on a variety of nutrition topics including weight management, GI & sports nutrition. She has been asked to give presentations to corporations across the GTA including the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce, Earth Rangers, RBC, and TD, and hosts cooking classes, grocery store tours, and develops Ministry approved menus for day care centres and catering companies for school lunches in her community. Filomena has volunteered extensively in her community!! CANT WAIT! So excited to share her knowledge with you all!
