Living Stone Ministries

Hello everyone....thanks for the likes, love and messages...you may ask yourself...what we have been up to??? Well....we have been keeping super busy serving God with all we've got!!! As in the profile picture...both guitarists, Monis & Karla, and drummer, Diego, have been studying super hard at Canada Christian College getting to know our Lord and Saviour at a deeper level to enable us to teach His Word and share the gospel better, to enhance the skills and gifts he has give...n us. Drummer, Diego, and blue-guitarist, Karla, also leading a church as Pastors in the Jane St. & St.Clair Area.... Our keyboardist and lead vocalist, Doris, has been extremely busy serving God at her local church, leading worship, writing and composing new songs and being a Super Mommy to her now toddler. You may ask what about the super girl drummer, Karen...well she has also been busy studying, working, worshipping God and also being a super mom to her toddler...in addition to playing at different events throughout the city... And what about our other lead vocalist and keyboardist, Yara...well she went onto getting married a couple of years ago and diving deeply into Youth and Worship Ministries with her husband in Brampton. Our first lady bass player, Mel, also went onto pursuing her carreer as Social Worker and preparing for Youth ministries at Tyndale as she leads kids/youth and serves at her local church. Now engaged and to be married TBA in 2017. And from the beginning of LS, vocalist, Patricia...unforgettable and putting always a smile on our faces. She actually received through the Word in 1 Peter what our name ought to be....she also went onto to serving in her local church in Children's ministry keeping super busy with her husband in worship and awesome three children. After a few attempts to continue worshipping as LS, but to busy to fit it in, in everyone's schedule...by a higher calling decision it was amazing to get together with a wonder couple Tita & Carlos, Karen, Doris and myself (Karla) to praise God downtown at an evangelistic night..."Turn Up" with Pastor Alan Morales of Shekinah 24/7...so blessed.... Thank you all...love you....

We had a double day of worship today! At Feria de Misiones we started the day under an over heating sun, melting instruments lol and well sound not wanting to work with us......as we declared in song "La Tierra está llena de la misericordia del Señor", truly God's mercy in our favour we enjoyed ourselves praising God and just when we were ready to put our LS instruments to rest the clock was ticking and we made our way to Brampton Levantando al Caído Church where all worked f...or our "broche the oro" praise lol! We had an amazing time, great blessing, great sounds of Glory truly poured out of our fingers and voices! Thank God for allowing us to minister the way we know we can for His Glory! Thank you to all our friends and worship and praise family for these wonderful 4 years! Living Stone has been a blessed, learning experience thus far! God has been so great! Today we say to all of our friends...you and us are all Living Stones as the Word tells us! We love you all and will be back in 2015! For now we are all going to dive deeper into new lyrics, new songs, new sounds that we have been inspired with and need to dedicate time to so we can continue praising God with what He has given us!
