This year I am watching death and dying videos to start my day, a couple of times a week. Beginning my day by thinking about the ending has been empowering. A...nd while I can't change the fact that I am going to die someday, I can do my very best to prepare myself and others for the best possible outcomes when this journey winds down. It's a gift to myself and to those who love me, to at least try and make a plan. And now I can get on with LIVING. www.deathlymatters.ca https://www.ted.com//judy_macdonald_johnston_prepare_for_a
As I work on the 2020 conference, I am reminded about what drives me to deliver this event. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide space to continue this important conversation and for those like our beautiful daughter Cael Hunter, who not only supports everything I do, but shares her gifts so lovingly and always with grace and humility and talent. May 23, 2020 ... stay tuned for registration details.

For many, school starts tomorrow. Please consider encouraging your children to show compassion, befriend those who may appear to be different, talk to those st...anding alone, help those who need a hand up, walk their truth and no one else's and be in purpose. So much more important than getting an 'A' in their school work. See more

From the beautiful book On The Brink Of Everything, " The laws of nature that dictate the sunset dictate our demise. But how we travel the arc between our own sunrise and sundown is ours to choose: Will it be denial, defiance or collaboration?" I love this!
