What the best thing to have on a rainy, windy day? Stew! I'm having the African Sweet Potato Stew from Epicure, I made it for a cooking class this week and it was so easy and insanely delicious!

Talk about easy peasy. Whipped up a little Sweet and Sour Pork Stir-fry tonight using my Epicure Meal Solutions. I love that I know the ingredients in my dish and got to pick which fresh veggies I used. Who need takeout?

Guess who's back? Tell a friend . That's right I've returned to my original name Living Lighter. The next chapter of my life I plan to focus more on me and being healthy.
