What would be your perfect Valentine's day date? I think everyone celebrate Valentine's day differently and that's perfectly fine. For our family we like treat ourselves with a great meal. And today is an extra special day. My husband is cooking a special meal for the family. Today you are in for a treat, as do I... My husband will be cooking Wagyu Steak for the very first time but not to worry as we are using the "Sous Vide" Technique. For those of you who are not familiar m...ake sure to not miss the show. This techniques takes about 2 hours to cook so I went ahead and filmed the beginning and will take you in live closer to the end. We are cooking regular steak to compare and to see if the kids will see the difference... It's going to be a late dinner but that's ok because it's family day tomorrow.
