Housekeeping/Laundry/Kitchen Aid Part Time/Casual Job Purpose Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bedrooms, bathrooms, conference and meeting rooms public washrooms, main lounge area, laundry and help to ensure Kitchen is clean and operational.... What you’ll do Replace guest amenities and supplies in roomsMake and strip bedsRemove trash, dirty linens and room service itemsGreet guests and take care of requestsStraighten desk items, furniture and appliancesDust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishingsVacuum carpets and floor care dutiesOrganizing linen laundryWashing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriatelyWashing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and dessertsCleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areasEnsuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienicWash/Dry/Fold Laundry What we’re looking for A warm, people-oriented demeanorA team-first attitudeA gift for paying attention to the smallest details This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance are also required.
