Hey guys just wanting to let you know about my second location opening up on the northwest side #7 13457 149 st inside the Evolve strength gym, my temporary hours of operation as of September 1st will be 9am- 2pm Monday to Friday. My schedule can be adjusted for flexibility from time to time but I will still operate by appointment only. I will still continue operations at the Windermere location aswell for evenings and weekends.

Restrictions lifted. Open for business Monday the 18th.

Good news. I can start booking appointments for next week. I know many people cant wait to get sugared once again so I have taken steps to continue to protect against covid 19. I have been tested for it and im negative as of this past Sunday. I think we should alI still continue to be observant about our own health to protect ourselves and others. ... I will be providing a mask and gloves or you can bring your own. Some other changes have been made to the set up and procedures. If you have questions and concerns please contact me.

Due to new government restrictions to fight Covid 19, I have been forced to close as a personal service shop. But, many clients know me as a resource for insights so I will still continue to provide guidance and coaching. If you'd like referrals or testimonials let me know.
