The Fraser Valley Real Estate Market is still going strong this month with February sales crushing last February's and this January's sales. In February the average home sold for $34,632 over list price with an average list price of $946,312 and average sale price of $980,944. The median home sold for $25,000 over list price with a median price of $825,000 and a median sale price of $850,000. The average days on market is 19 days and the median days on market is 7 days.

Went out yesterday to enjoy a walk and was treated to a sampling of every type of weather with some wind, rain HAIL and sun. My son, the typical BC boy, wore flip flops of coarse. Feeling so blessed to live somewhere warm enough to wear flip flops in February.
