Are you looking to stay in your bubble and invite your friends to a private dinner party either at your house, where you can be your own guest, or in a private dining room? Are you interested in learning new recipes that include diverse ethnic meals or a new food re...gime such as Keto or Vegan? We are reaching out to the public to see if there is an interest in cooking classes, whether it is in our commercial kitchen or online. You can participate in on-line cooking classes with Chef Leanne Wiens, Chef Rick Huskins, or a guest chef. Online cooking classes will be available with recipes and food ingredients/ products delivered to your own home or you can register for a face-to-face cooking class in a commercial kitchen both adhering to COVID Health protocols). LJW Catering / North Meets South Catering Group is offering both delivery or on-site dinner parties with your own Chef or you can host a dinner party in their own private dining room. We recently hosted a Thanksgiving dinner, where clients wore masks as they were social distancing, only removed when sitting at their own table bubble, wear gloves at the buffet, and followed the directions of the arrows. Individuals who wanted seconds had to get a new plate and each table had their own personal garbage and a personal cart to place dirty dishes on. With the success and the positive feedback from our Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, we are offering it again over the Christmas holiday season. Instead of cooking y...our turkey dinner this year and spending a full day in the kitchen, let us cater the festive meal. Be a "guest at your own party". This would also be a great gift for a family member or loved one with whom you cannot enjoy a holiday meal with them due to COVID-19. For $28.99 per person plus taxes and a delivery charge, you will get Real Turkey, Stuffing, Garlic Mash Potatoes, Roasted Vegetable Medley, Herb Roasted Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Mustard Pickles, Dinner Rolls with Butter Packages, and a Fruit Crumble or pie for dessert. Our prices had to increase due to market prices. The meal will be served family-style, meaning Turkey will come in one container, mash potatoes in its own container, stuffing in another, etc, etc. The feedback and suggestions from our clients have influenced how we would like to offer the Turkey dinner this time around. We would like to offer a whole turkey or carved by one of our chefs. We would also like to offer other options for desserts, what type of pies would you like to have instead of Fruit Crumble for dessert? We can also offer the full menu gluten-free, for $34.99 per person plus taxes and a delivery charge. Last and most important what day would you like us to deliver your meal on? Please note we are all about work-life balance, therefore our doors will be closed on Christmas Day. We believe it is very important for our staff to spend this day with family and friends.
