Got some hardwood and tile down in the upstairs of the 7000sq ft house. Still tons left

Basement Reno complete from a while ago. Owner removed all the flooring and wall panelling. I drywalled, taped and mudded the walls. Owner installed the carpet. I finished up with base, case and fireplace mantle #basementrenovation #dewalttough #yorkton

Finished up some chevron hardwood in this bedroom this morning. Only a few thousand more sq ft to go!!

Got a bathroom started in a 7000+sq ft house. Trying out the herringbone layout.

This overhang had some serious sagging. The old posts had rotted out at the bottom. Home owner didn’t want to do piles, so I dug out a 2’x2’x2’ hole under the new post and filled with rock. The other post was able to sit on the footing under the front steps. I had to remove some soffit to jack the roof up to the proper height and install the new posts. #saskcarpentry #yorkton #dewalt

Old shower HAD to go. Was leaking pretty bad so the homeowner decided it was time. The floor was quite out of level. So I used some wall angle to create the outline of the shower base and mixed up some self levelling compound. Worked great!!! New shower should last a long time. #saskcarpentry #yorkton #dewalt

Was able to get some stairs built outside before the snow started flying. Had to assemble on site and it worked out great. #stairs #saskcarpentry #yorkton
