Good Morning, Hopefully you are all rested up from our annual Cultural/ Treaty Days celebration over the weekend. A huge thank you to the Leadership, staff, and community members of Lubicon Lake Band #453 for working together and hosting this event with only 3 weeks to plan. And a special thank you to Ventures for the amazing fireworks display on Monday night! Because we were so busy we didn't get to capture all of the activities happening at the event. So, we have decided t...o do a photo and video draw. This draw will run starting today September 16th, to October 16th. To enter you need to LIKE our FB page: Mihkowapikwaniy Cultural Preserve, you can find us by searching @mculturalcamp on FB. Once you have liked the page you can upload your video and picture and your name will go into the draw. You can enter both draws if you post a picture and a video. All photos and videos need to be posted on the camp FB page (Mihkowapikwaniy Cultural Preserve) to be valid. The draw prize for videos is $500 The draw prize for picture is $250 I look forward to seeing all of the pictures and videos! Good luck in the draw :)

Hello Lubicon Lake Band #453 Members We will be distributing Packages containing information put together by our Project Implementation Committee. This information distributed is information gathered from our last Community Engagement back in February 2020. All information presented is in no way a final product, we are simply presenting options of what our future community could look like. ... Our purpose and hopes for releasing these reports and videos is to make sure you have all the information we have put together for you. That being said please read, view, comment, and prepare questions for our team. Packages include 1- Hardcopy of Report Booklet -Post-its, please write your question and attach them to your booklet for reference so they can be addressed at the next Community Engagement. 1- Questionnaire table Please write your question on the sheets we will be picking these questionnaires up two weeks from package distribution. (August 3rd). To review and prepare our team. 1- Letter with Step by step instruction on how to access the videos Via Facebook 1- USB drives- containing all options of each capital project to be built and three master plan fly overs including office building and residential areas.
