Kudos to the organizers for allowing my family and every other athlete to compete in a safe environment. Perfect November day, I must say! Happily surprised to have both my fastest 10km of the year - and my fastest 5km of the year on the back half. Being able to run pain free for a continu...ous 10k was amazing. I deemed this the #yearofprogress - and after months of recovery - looks like my heel is going in the right direction!
