I am beyond words... Normal wrap-up of the Annual Lobster-Fest Beach Volleyball Tournament... Wrapped up there around 6:00... Went for my post-tournament meal down at the Silver Fox which was delicious then got home and remembered I was handed an envelope today with my name on it... So I just got home opened it up and couldn't believe my eyes, I didn't count them yet but there was a whack a people from all over the maritimes that signed this card with some amazing comments...... Like wow unbelievable you guys are all great, it did take a bit more than normal to pull it off this year and it was a little touch and go there for a while but once I finally got the green light from the City and Dept of Health, it was get to work time and i didn't have much time to put it together but we all made it work the scheduling, the courts, my staff (Kyra Doyle), city staff were amazing as always I couldn't do this without them and of course you guys and girls, the players. Incredible athletes young and old, great people to be around, very easy to get along with, and very knowledgeable in the sport. Thank you very very very much it means a lot to me.
