To be honest, I was really afraid & dreading todays announcement from Dr. Bonnie Henry. I am now relieved that shopping and malls will be able to stay open. With that news, I am excited to start posting pictures of some amazing new products and art that have arrived lately. Also that I am fully restocked on most of the stores regular favorites. Hey boo Reminder that in lieu of in-centre trick-or-treating, we are hosting Langford Fire Rescue for a sweet (and safe) drive-through trick-or-treating ev...ent! Find our friendly neighbourhood fire fighters in the Cineplex parking lot tomorrow, October 31 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (or while supplies last) - watch for signs and traffic directors. All current BC CDC COVID-19 safety protocols will be maintained and followed by the fire fighters during the event and as such, no walk-ups will be permitted (drive-through only please). Fire fighters will be wearing masks, gloves and will be frequently sanitizing hands with glove changes. Vehicles will be directed towards tents where fire fighters will use candy chutes, tongs and or scoops to pass treats to children in the vehicle to minimize / prevent contact.
