What we're doing to ensure your safety in the wake of COVID-19 To our valued customers, As things evolve with COVID-19, we are continuing to take extra precautionary measures to ensure that food is handled with care by all food service employees, that the utmost is being done to ensure that sanitization processes are strictly followed, and delivery drivers are minimizing contact with customers. ... From food handling to delivery, we are following all food safety regulatory guidelines and recommendations set out by the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Centre for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local and provincial health agencies. We are also actively tracking the progress and response of other industry participants. Furthermore, as is in alignment with food industry standards, we require that any employee who feels ill not come to work and instead stay home and take the requisite time to get better before returning. In terms of how we deliver value to our customers, we'll continue to provide you with the same great experience you have come to expect from us and we'll do our very best to keep you informed of any business decisions related to menu changes, ingredient substitutions, delivery, etc. As an added piece of information for your peace of mind, all ingredients are, and will continue to be, sourced from reputable companies who are aware of the seriousness of COVID-19 and are actively taking their own precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their customers.
