Dear Valued Customers, As the sole owner and operator of Lock Busterz Lock & Key I want to acknowledge the increasing precautions that are necessary to protect our communities from the COVID-19. As I have multiple calls and requests for services, I am wanting to make sure the community is aware of changes I have done to ensure my safety and the safety of others.... Moving forward I would like to limit the amount of time in homes and will describe the job and answer any questions via phone before and after the job is done, not in person. In addition, keeping with the social distancing recommendations I will be limiting the amount of customer service practices I would normally practice (hand shake, conversations, informative services) to prevent any unnecessary risks of cross contamination. I will be sanitizing equipment on a regular basis and wearing gloves. I will be asking each individual their preference if you would like me to arrive wearing a mask- I will I also request honesty from each customer to please let me know if you, or anyone in your home, has traveled outside the country, is having any respiratory problems, or feeling ill in the last 3 weeks. Hours of operation continue to be the same as usual Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00 pm and still providing 24/7 emergency call outs following stricter guidelines for services and deliveries. To get through this pandemic, it is suggested to come together, be kind, caring, and continue doing our part to keep each other safe and healthy.
