About 90 % complete on another project.. started out as a small bathroom job and then we added some flooring, then we found some mold and all the plans went away lol. I really wish we could have saved the orange carpet tho
After a whole lot of framing fixing, a whole new laundry room, ripping out the stairs and fixing the wonky landing and rebuilding the stairs. Drywall in up and ready for some mud
Some stuff I have been working on for the last little bit. . Lots of unexpected issues with water, mold, ants and termites on two different projects. And this is a perfect example of why you need proper materials, installed properly. Fortunately all the issues have been dealt with and its on to the fun stuff now
Completed this little fence project. Plus a few extra add ons, but all it all it turned out pretty good
Re built this deck, Its a good thing too because I dont think it would have lasted until spring .
So I was called in to look at possibly replacing a floor that had some water damage.. Not really knowing what we were in for until we got the floor ripped up to see what we were working with. It was definitely worse than we expected.. There was wood floor glued directly to concrete and a bunch of sand on top of that for what seemed like a leveling agent.. This is why you never put wood directly on concrete, it will suck the moisture out and swell up. When it has no where to go it will buckle, not to mention the mold growth
Completed this project for a fantastic client.. added a little 2 piece ensuite to a bedroom for a little easier bathroom access..
I do love working with cedar.
Another project completed. You definitely have to love building a deck in 35 degree weather. I got to meet some great people on this project. The railing and deck covering to be done by a different company
Finished up a little bit of landscaping. Built some window wells and layed some cement patio stones.
We now accept credit cards
Lots of jackhammering and some rain delays but I definitely made this entrance a little more welcoming
Replaced the railings and stairs. Its all safe and solid now.. Next up is the front entrance porch
