They are filled with the products we use on your hair during our services, and they are 100% Eufora. Why? Integrity. We want you to have the best from start to finish! We’re back In case you missed it ... Guelph will be moved to the Red ‘Control’ zone of Ontario’s Re-Opening Framework as of Tuesday, February 16th. We are excited to get back behind our chairs! Here are some important things to note: All of the safety protocols that were in place before the lockdown are still in effect. You can click the link in our profile above to view our ‘For Your Safety’ protocols in detail. ... We are currently re-booking all of the appointments that were cancelled during the closure. Keep your eye out for a message from your Stylist over the next few days and try to get back to them as quickly as possible. It’s like putting together a big puzzle and we don’t want to miss your piece. Booking for NEW appointments (online booking) will remain closed until we get those with cancelled appointments booked back in. We’re aiming to have our books open for new appointments by the end of February.

Let’s talk about HAIR WASHING We all do it, but did anyone ever actually teach to you why it’s so important? No? We thought so, so let’s dive in ... SHAMPOOING The purpose of shampoo is to remove dirt, oil and environmental build up from your hair and scalp. Excess amounts of any of those things can cause a number of issues so it’s best to cleanse your hair and scalp regularly but not excessively. Shampoo works by opening the cuticle layer of the hair and using surfac...tants (bubbles) to cleanse hair from the inside out. TIP: If you feel like the shampoo isn’t bubbling up enough, try adding more water vs more shampoo. It’s possible that your hair just wasn’t throughly wet before you added shampoo. CONDITIONING Don’t skip this step! Where the purpose of shampoo is to lift the cuticle to cleanse, the purpose of conditioner is to close that cuticle layer back down to protect. So if you aren’t using conditioner, you’re leaving that door wide open to damage. Conditioner deposits all kinds of good stuff like protein, moisture and emollients to make hair soft and manageable. TIP: Use a scalp massager while conditioning a) because it feels amazing and b) because it helps to stimulate the hair follicles for a healthy scalp environment. It’s a win-win! There you go! UPDATE We continue to be committed to keeping you all safe & healthy. Thank you to everyone who is doing their part to ensure we can keep working! We have been operating at a 10-person occupancy level since re-opening in June, so the move into the red zone doesn’t change anything for us (yay!)
