Very sorry to pass along that our friends and seasonals, Terry & Cindy, lost their son suddenly on Sunday. Russ grew up coming to Log Cabin Point and for the last several years, was able to share his experience with his little family for an annual cottage vacation at the point.

Hi everyone, we hope you're all staying well and safe. We've been hesitant to post an update as we don't have solid information yet. Things are still uncertain. Here's what we know right now: - Ontario's declaration of emergency is on until May 12 - We are currently mandated to be closed and non-essential travel into Prince Edward County is to be limited.... - Hoping for the best, we still have all our cottage bookings held for June and onwards. We are hoping to hear more concrete plans and guidelines announced by the Premier on May 11. As we know more, we will pass it along. Thanks for your patience. Hope to see everyone very soon! Hi everyone, just reaching out to say that we are thinking of you all and hoping you are healthy and well. We are certainly in unprecedented and scary days, but you know, it’s times like this that give us all the opportunity to show what we’re made of - to come together and take care of each other. If Log Cabin Point is any indication, without fail, whenever we’ve experienced a challenge, large or small, our LCP family has come together and turned adversity into triumph. We... all have stories that bring a smile and a laugh, remembering how we’ve pulled together, got creative, and experienced the joy that comes from a sense of community. We’re hearing heartwarming stories everyday about how folks are stepping up and caring for each other. We’ll get through this. Here at Log Cabin Point, we’ve started work on getting the cottages and grounds ready for you. It won’t be long until you’ll be enjoying campfires under the stars, casting a fishing line out, walking through Sandbanks, and all those simple joys of being at the cottage. A glorious August afternoon...
