This my friends is a beautiful bed of baby kale that I’m harvesting for the cafe today!! I focus on cut baby kale instead of large bunches of kale because it’s always tender, milder in flavour, and delicious! Great for smoothies and salads. We serve it on the menu at Lola’s as our Kale Caesar, with Dave’s homemade dressing, and in a number of our smoothies.
