Several of the board met with the contractor for an update on the Centre. Work will be starting today and going for several days to remove the rest of the footings from the mezzanine area and to strip the dirt back to put in a better fill material for concrete and plumbing. They will be starting to cut out areas in the old footings and preparing the areas for the building pilings before the end of the month. Building materials should start to arrive on November 3. There wi...ll be 5 loads of building which will take approximately a week to all be delivered. They will be piled on the road from the UFA north of the alley. The alley will remain open for access. As far as an AGM goes, books still have to be audited and numbers will be needed from the insurance company for the audit. As we all know insurance companies move at a very slow speed. Our plan is for a January meeting. December is not the best time to try to plan anything and we probably won't have everything back for November.
