York St. from Ridout St. to Talbot St. is also closed to eastbound and westbound vehicles. The intersection for Talbot St. and Dundas St. is closed to all vehicles as well. Ridout St. and Richmond St. are open for vehicles travelling north and south. Sidewalk access to all of Dundas St. will be maintained throughout the construction
