Is in your mind where most of your daily conflicts reside? Are they real? Take a breath. Then give those imagined conflicts the imaginary finger and push that shit outta there.

Take your left hand and squeeze your right shoulder. Continue squeezing down to your wrist. Repeat. Do this with your left hand beginning on your left shoulder. Take a deep breathe. How does this feel? Did you release some tension? Share this post to help your friends relax.

Here’s my latest reading. And I have also taken some online webinars regarding safety protocols in the US. Cannot imagine massaging in full ppe, however we still don’t know what will happen with this virus. In the meantime, I’ll learn all I can to keep you safe whenever I am massaging again.
