The new movie FIVE FEET APART comes out on March, 15th and puts cystic fibrosis on the spotlight. This morning, Devin Turner was on CTV Morning Live, from Vanc...ouver. Devin lives with cystic fibrosis and he also worked as crew member in the TV show called Riverdale. This is where he had first encountered Cole Sprouse who is one of the lead actors from Five Feet Apart. We have expanded funding to Talee Bio Inc. to up to $4.5 million to develop ways to deliver a normal CFTR gene to the lungs of people living with cystic fibrosi...s. If the gene can be successfully introduced into lung cells, researchers believe these cells could potentially produce normal CFTR proteins in the lungs of all people with CF, regardless of their mutations.
