Exciting news! As per public health guidelines, we are still able to run any intensity class OUTDOORS! With a limit of ten, we are almost full in our Thurs night bootcamp, and have some space available in Tuesday night Strength. All other classes will move to zoom, so if you'd like a spot either in person or online, shoot me a message today!

We are back to full Zoom! Under a new Public Health Order, group fitness is closed until April 19. Please stay tuned for an updated schedule!

We have had a great response to our outdoor class starting, but please note we have moved the time from 7pm to 630pm, beginning April 8. Despite being able to accommodate more people in this time slot, we are already down to 2 spaces, so dont wait, get in touch asap!
