Have you ever had a day when you just can’t focus? Everything seems harder, and it’s like you’re walking in a cloud? Hormones, sleep (or lack thereof), how much we’ve moved (or haven’t moved), our mental health, how we’ve been fuelling our bodies... these things play a HUGE role in how we can cope with obstacles and how we move through our day. ... -So try and limit and categorize your stress. Is this something you can change, if not how can you cope. -get enough sleep! Seriously. So many things look much worse when we are tired -move. Whether it be a walk, workout or stretching. Just move your body. Get out and get some vitamin D in the beautiful sunshine if you can even 30 minutes worth!! -eat in moderation. Navigate the middle line. Aim for preemptive bonuses, instead of binging, and premium whole, good for you, food instead of discount, bottom of the barrel, crap. -smile, laugh, and breathe deeply.
