What the flip is wrong with out justice system, got the news the our appeal got denied...bull, bull, bull...seeking advice on how to go about to sue for wrongful death...sue the Waterford for letting ANN NORRIS out when she wasn't stable enough to be out on public...no, we dont have alot of money but once again my brother was a somebody...so sickened and so sad...PLEASE, if anyone can help to point me( my family) In the right direction....
