Just back from a beautiful week at Lookout Point Camp in Gowganda. A perfect holiday!

Breakfast time...this guy is getting pretty demanding. :)

We havent seen a bear at the Dump since they gated it. Nice to see them again!

Hello everyone. We thought during these crazy times we would help to put your mind at ease with what we are doing to help keep you safe. We will be wearing protective gear while cleaning cabins, fish house and boats. We already use the recommended cleaning solutions so were ahead of the game there! Unfortunately we cant supply clean bedspreads every week so please bring your own blanket. The beds will be freshly made every week so no need to supply your own sheets. We ask that everyone respect social distancing from other guests, i.e. coming in or leaving from the dock, and only one group in the fish cleaning station at a time. And most importantly, if anyone is experiencing any symptoms such as a fever or cough, please stay at home. We thank you for your considerations and look forward to seeing you! Larry and I had a successful fishing trip yesterday.

Beauty fish caught on Gowganda Lake yesterday...and released! Way to go Chyvonne.

A great day of fishing! This is Tom from when he first caught his bass to its release.

The Derby is getting close! We have our 6 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin left for the week of the 29th, (Derby is June 30th). Book it for the week and we will pay the entry fee!

George and George. A small walleye, smallmouth bass, a nice size lake trout and the jury is out on the 4th. Looks like a trout but maybe a splake? Either way, 5 casts, 4 fish.

Larry and I made it out ice fishing with some friends yesterday. Absolutely perfect weather, and we had the unique experience of watching a bald eagle watch us! I got a picture of him swooping down on the fish carcass and he stuck around so we could watch him chow down. Amazing.

Fish & Game Fishing Derby June 30th. The only change from the Flyer is that the barbecue will be held at the GCRA.

I havent posted in quite awhile! For our guests/friends, here are a couple of pictures of Larry while we were on holidays, and the following pictures are of him trying to play catch up after we got home. Were really looking forward to seeing the end of this winter and the return of our guests! Hope everyone is surviving alright.
