UPDATE ON ME: Well, I didn't expect the setback early last week that put me in hospital for a night was going to affect me for so long. I'm still really slow on my feet and the last thing I'm thinking of doing is going for a walk, climb some stairs, or lifting weights. This really took a lot out of me this time around. What happened? In our attempt to keep my sodium levels under the recommended amount, we went too low. It just shows you that we've been taking my congestive he...art failure recovery very, very seriously. Luckily, this is an easy fix. While I will still limit my sodium intake, I will have to relax a bit on that. The upside is that my heart continues to show "regular" readings every few days instead of strings of irregular readings. While I am disappointed in losing some ground with this, I know by next week things should be back on track and I'll start over. Today (February 23, 2021) I am back in the home office writing, which I have been able to resume quicker than anything else at this point.
