The next step in our revitalization strategya complete overhaul of our lighting. We removed our inefficient T12 lights with brand new LED troffers. This environmental upgrade not only looks fabulous but saves a significant amount of energy. Thank you to GreenLink Energy http://www.greenlinkenergy.ca for overseeing the project, and JC Electric http://www.jcelectrical.ca for the installation of over 600 new LED troffers!

Wishing Archery 2 You a happy first-year anniversary at Lord Simcoe Place! We are extremely grateful to have Durham Region's premiere indoor archery tag facility here at the building! Archery 2 You offers the opportunity to learn archery through lessons, experience the thrill of playing archery tag, and a chance to develop your skills on the archery range. They also have other fun things such as axe throwing, and Nerf wars; and they host birthday parties, corporate events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties! Kick off to our revitalization projectAn HVAC overhaul! Focusing on key mechanical system upgrades, we installed twelve new high efficiency 5 and 10-ton roof top units courtesy of Total Home Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. Titan Plumbing (www.titanplumbing.ca) also installed a new high-efficiency boiler system to ensure we have comfortable offices for our tenants. Thank you for the exceptional work completed by both companies!
