Ep. 6 what do I do to go above and beyond for my clients? In today’s video, I give an example of what I do for people who are looking to buy a property. The most important thing for me is to make sure that I don’t waste my clients time.... I make sure I find out all the information about the property before we view it. That includes who are the builders, the property manager, the pricing that it will go for, etc. This way I know that the property has all the requirements that my client needs. Ep. 5 The selling process For everyone who is thinking about selling their property, it consist of 5 main components The first is finding the right realtor who will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service. ... Secondly, you have to create a comparative market analysis of all the units that have been sold in the past couple of years to determine the price. Thirdly , staging is a great tool to use when selling your home because it makes it more marketable and easy on the eye for the buyers Fourthly , you will wait for the offers to come in and negotiate on terms that will satisfy both parties Lastly , the sellers accept an offer, the deposit is delivered, the conditions need to be waived and once offer is firm CONGRATULATIONS you’ve sold your home and the title gets transferred on possession.
