Great news everyone! Registered Massage Therapists can return back to work. Just announced a hour ago. You do need a prescription from a healthcare provider, which I believe includes your doctor, a physiotherapist and chiropractor. I will work on opening my schedule for next week. I will keep you updated. In the meantime, wishing you a Merry Christmas (eventhough it’s a real different one, try and enjoy the little moments).

These are the two 'Live' classes I will be teaching Monday evening via Zoom. You just have to download the app on your device, it's free! The Yoga Sculpt class is a hour of using yoga & pilates to strengthen and lengthen your muscles! It's a fun full body work out that anyone can try! The Rad Roller Class is a 75 minute class of using the tool to either roll out the upper or lower body, I alternate each week. It's like you had an awesome therapeutic massage, helping decr...ease soreness, aches and pains. This week will be UPPER! If you need to purchase a Rad Roller, please let me know and I can get one to you. I have a few left for purchase. Classes are $10/each paid via e-transfer/credit over the phone
