Red cabbage Sauerkraut
Had a fantastic first Sauerkraut workshop yesterday. We made the kraut from green and red cabbage, added carrots, ginger, burdock root, kale, garlic. The gals went home with a lots of information about digestion and other tips on healing food and food prep, and a mason jar of fantastic looking product that is not only great for digestion, building friendly bacteria (probiotics - much cheaper than the cap form) and tastes good too. We had a lot of fun. I will be posting more workshops, so check often for dates.
