its time to shift your energy! 1) Instead of judging your feelings...embrace them: Allow your feelings to pass-through you. Allow them to flow through your field and as they do try to experience them fully. Suppression does not work. Instead feel them, honor them and then find the lessons, guidance and messages that they are giving you. 2) Start each morning with a feeling of gratitude. Be thankful for the smallest things (I wake up thankful that I can see and breath -... for example). Then I move into things like health, family, my work, etc. Start with the things that you take for granted each day and let the energy of gratitude build and build. 3) Let go of low frequency "vampires"! No matter how high you bring your energy, people, places and media that is centered around fear, lack, judgement ("Vampires") will make it MUCH HARDER to keep your energy vibration at love or higher. 94.6% of people surveyed said that the 'You Wealth' FREQUENCIES of healing and PROCESSES that have SHOWN not only raised their vibration but "LIFE GOT BETTER":

This is a great article. A bit lengthy but you can read the different sections to explore anxiety. In each a section you will find a guided meditation that you can use as a skillful way to work with anxiety. I especially appreciated the section on panic attacks and loved the guided meditation.
