Well this was exactly what I needed...I think what we all need. My husband Greg Stuart surprised me with a weekend away from the home, the kids and pup and took me, blindfolded, to Lakeview Hecla Resort. This secluded resort less than 2 hours from Winnipeg, has a spa, oh yeh, and was the perfect escape from the city, work and well you know all the other craziness going on in the world. ... We went on several long hikes, got massages, slept in, napped and swam in the adult only pool whenever we wanted too. No schedule, no hungry children to feed, just the two of us reconnecting and recharging together. It was perfect! Now back to reality.
