Job description Must have experience in cooking. Ability to manage and supervise other kitchen employee's.... Cooks and perform some or all of the following duties: Prepare and cook complete meal items required daily as this a scratch kitchen and fresh daily . Prepare and cook special meals as instructed.( vegan,gluten free etc). Oversee kitchen operations: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work area, plan special menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements. Monitor stock requirements and order supplies Candidates must have experience in preparing and cooking ethnic Food. Valid Food Safe Certificate
