Keep on rocking in the free world

I miss my job, and kinda wish I was allowed to dance in Canada. We only have two agencies, Superb and Independent, and no bars will take me. Kinda fucked up, I ...miss feeling beautiful and loving myself. I miss my friends, and all the strong as fuck women and mothers who helped me figure out what kind of woman I want to become. Someone laughed in my face and said good luck ever dancing again, you'll never be on stage again. Then I started making music under the name "Lost as Found" and made it to Canadian Music Week Provincials, at The Park Theater in Winnipeg (Manitoba, Canada) and I got songs I wrote for my ex onto the radio. I don't really know what to do with myself, as a former exotic dancer and currently a Canadian Music Artist, during this pandemic; other than produce content and release as much music and entertainment as I can online to keep people distracted during this pandemic. But I guess what I wanna say is this; Happy New Year, Fuck 2020, and may everyone with a pure heart have their wishes come true in 2021. Nobody's a celebrity, everyone is the editor of their own press releases, and if you put that power in anybody else's hands, then you're giving up your freedom and your own voice. I don't think for a second I'm 'famous', the thought is laughable. There's a video of me fucking someone that was released without my permission, it had 1.4 million views overnight, and nobody batted an eye. The world is a big small town, nobody gives a fuck about your personal business, but everyone with a heart silently loves you and wishes you the best. People can love you, but they can't save you; and you can love people, but you can't save them. Appreciate the team you picked for the apocalypse, these are your friends and family who are tried and true, who will love you to the end of the world; to the moon and back.
