This Cab Sauv offers a dark red garnet colour. On the nose there are notes of cherry and current with hints of dark chocolate and mocha. This fruit forward wine is rich and silky. It offers a medium body with supple tannins leading to a long finish.

This wine offers a light garnet colour which makes it appear light bodied however it offers excellent thick legs. This medium bodied red is clean on the nose with aromas of black cherry, plum and soft baking spice. As you sip this wine you will find that it offers a medium body and soft tannins with a very smooth and silky feel. On the palate you will find black cherry, dark fruit and strawberry with a hint of baking spices. Pair this wine with your favorite tomato based pastas or with our Stone Seared Salmon
