Workouts are tailored and progressed each week based on the foundation...s of movement control, posture, strength, power and quickness. Missed a session or two? Tuesday nights TTT was the very challenging Mighty Metropolitan 20.4 km course with over 300m of elevation. Our Lotus men finished 3rd! They are now second overall with 86 points, two point ahead of third place and 8 point out of 1st place. For many years I've been supporting the amazing Gifts for Seniors program started by Jaimi Sinclair 30+ years ago. This incredible program delivers much needed gifts/essentials to seniors who live in long term care homes and who have no family or support. Without our help they would receive nothing at all on Christmas Day. This year more than ever they need our help. With Covid so many seniors are even more isolated than usual.
