You’ve heard about turmeric. That glorious pain relieving golden magic. Well it is magic, and its been in human consumption for a very long time dying fabrics, and colouring our curries that vibrant sun yellow. Well, if you want to get the absolute most out of your turmeric, it needs a couple of things: Fat And something to get it past the liver (black pepper in golden milk)... Taking turmeric on its own can be fantastic for quenching gastrointestinal inflammation, but it needs fat and black pepper to touch any peripheral pain. AOR has the strongest turmeric I have found, pulling out the anti-inflammatory curcuminoids, adding them to a healthy fat, and binding these compounds to fenugreek for the highest levels found in the blood after consumption.
